Saying Goodbye
Leaving family and friends behind isn't easy to do. Especially when it's for an extended amount of time.
Flying 101
If you really want to enjoy flying then you need to get a window seat. The view you have from being thousands of feet in the air is priceless. From take off to landing, I am constantly looking out my window. What are some of the great views? Well, first of all, the clouds. The way they billow and swirl and cast shadows is so fascinating!
Secondly, the stars are so beautiful when there isn't anything blocking your view. When you're above the clouds and city smog, they shine brighter and are more visible. I tried to get a picture of it because of how majestic it was, but failed.
Thirdly, the sunset from an airplane is unreal. The way that the colors of the sunset are so parallel and defined is amazing. This picture doesn't do justice to what I saw from my window. Also, it's really awesome to see city lights from the sky.
Speaking of city lights, viewing different landscapes from the window of the plane is captivating.
If you've never flown before, do it. It is 100% worth it for the views. If you have flown before, try and get a window seat and take the time to just watch the clouds go by.
A Fresh Start
My journey is just beginning and I can't wait for what is in store. The new places I will see, the food I will eat, the people I will meet; it's all going to change my life for the better.
